• A date, not a warning. Every tracked product gets the day it runs out at its current rate, so you can see what is urgent without reading a list of alerts.
• Quantities you can act on. A reorder point and an order quantity per product, with stock already on its way subtracted so you are not told to buy it twice.
• It says when it does not know. Products with no sales are marked unknown rather than healthy, and figures measured over a shortened period say so. A confident all-clear built on no data is the failure this exists to prevent.
